Nice description and the music goes well with it and thats not insane that rather looking forward in life
Just something I was inspired to make after watching this program on the Discovery Channel about how "apparently", a whole bunch of religions and texts, etc., predict the world as we know it will end on December 21st, 2012. :P I found it amusing and intriguing. So I figured I'd make a song based on the world ending, but I decided to flip the notion on its head. Instead of making it foreboding and ominous, I decided to treat it as kind of a miraculous event, where instead of running in fear, one would simply smile and reflect on what they managed to accomplish in life as they accept and wait for the ineveitable. Spelling's probably wrong on that last word. :P
And now you all think I'm insane. :P Ha ha.

A very nice song
I can sort of see how it fits with what you were saying, it sort of has a reflective type of a quality to it, and also a kind of sense of peacefulness, yet not entirely subdued. I like how it progresses over time and seems to build on itself some, rather than just repeat over and over, it constantly is changing, yet not in such a drastic way as to make it very noticable, it's very flowing.
Good work!
Thank you so much for your opinion on this piece! :) Heh, I had to catch myself a few times on this one, because normally when I try to make a piece that flows like this, I end up making something that people end up finding really repetitive.
This was actually the last song I made under my solo "Chaokaze" project before I stopped working on it to shift my focus entirely to my band, "Of Swords and Ordnance." However, I'll probably come back to it again soon, as I'd like to finish a few unfinished Chaokaze songs over the holidays. :P
But anyway, yeah, I'm glad you enjoyed the song! It's nice to know that there actually are people out there who like the stuff I make, lol. :)
Respect
Nice.
Thank you very much! :)
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
