Recalculate is the first track from my next album, "Navigation." It uses a few different ideasto play around with jazzy melodies, using an uncommon instrument in my works, the glockenspiel. It also uses my standard rep of Vibes, Bass, and Drums to provide a backing, with a juicy synth and string fill in the middle.

The idea behind the next album is GPS. The whole album is controlled by an electronic voice acting as the GPS system, giving step-by-step driving instructions to "drive" the listener through the album. This track is almost interpretable as learning to use the system, as turning and finding use makes things seem to slip by and go easily, but then the song drips back into focus as wrong turns are made, eventually becoming frantic as the melody shifts to the famous quote from "Entrance of the Gladiators" (AKA: The Circus Music).
