So I really like the bell tones in this. They kinda set the tone. It was intentially dark and the lead instrument that plays along side the piano is supposed to be oboe. It's a great contrast to song one. Also pretty quiet cut thanks to the finale playback.
A bit boring, maybe
It got some Castlevania feeling over it. I liked how the bells and the organ made it kinda dark and ominous. The oboe was just so sad (in a good way). The title fit's the song perfectly. But the choir really wasn't the best. Great work anyway!
It's gotta be the organ. I've never seen the castlevania in any of my pieces but after playing the recent one and some of the older ones I see the point. I really do have more up beat songs coming up... just they aren't finished it.
