Deep within the big city lives a hidden people. No one had ever seen them, until now. A young boy running away from the streets, from the chaos, and into the shadows cast by the tallest skyscrapers. He can hear music, lovely music. The further he goes the louder it gets. He spots a flickering yellow light in front of him. It's coming from a nearby fire. Suddenly he feels like he's being dragged closer. Closer to the fire. There are eyes watching him, and mouths that smiles at him. He smiles back. They all start dancing around the fire, and very soon the boy is dancing with them.

I liked the sound and the synth sounds. And like people have already mentioned: this would go well with an animation similar to the story. Has kind of a "robocop" feel to it. Futuristic. The story suited this well. Nice job.
And the city noises were a really nice touch.

Hmm, I've never seen Robocop... but the song kinda mix some futuristic sounds and old primitive sounds. Have you seen "The Stranger Forest" here on NG? This song could maybe fit into something like that.

Creative, that's for sure
Wow... I thought I was the only person going to upload a story-inspired song today, and that mine was unique (about watching clouds in a colorless world). Wrong, as usual. This is pretty creative, the story and the song. I don't really like, the main synth, but that's just because it's different. There's really nothing wrong with it. It definitely sounds like a modern tribal dance, which I like no matter what the sounds are. I like that you brought the crowd ambience back into the song before it was over - many people just use ambience as an opening and forget about it. Anyway, good job dude and keep up the good work.
Thanks a lot man! The crowd thing was nothing I added until the song was nearly done. But I'm glad I did that. :) Now the song kinda breaks the city noises, stay for a while just to fade away again.
