I don't know exactly how to describe it, but there is an instrument that comes in at 0:53, it just doesn't seem to go with the rest of the song. You can can hear it very clearly from 1:08- 1:15. Other than that, great song.
NOTE: Try listening to the HQ Version of this track: http://www.newgrounds.com /audio/listen/279976
Ok, this was (mostly) done by ear, just a couple of chords needed some sheet music for, but otherwise, this is all ear work. I really like this, it took some time to get everything (including panning) from the original, and then transpose it and include a string orchestra, a Bandoneon, an Ocarina and an Accordian. This is one of my all time favourite game tracks, and I think OOT would have been incredible if it were only orchestrated more realistically (not that it isn't already incredible). Anyway, enough chat, sit back and enjoy the 2:27 minute ride.
If theres one thing I would comment on, it's that I think I really need a better string orchestra soundfont, so if anyone can direct me to a realistic .sf2 string orchestra soundfont that uses each instrument separately and is free, please do. I'm afraid this is only a secondary hobby, so I am not prepared to spend vast amounts of cash on it.

From Basic to Bold
This is quite a nice remix. At first, a listener may suspect the arrangement is just an enhancement of the source material with some instrument changes. However, just under a the minute mark, the composition turns into a powerful arrangement with apppropriate percussive additions that portrays a sense of madness, like a demented carousel. Well done.
u proble alread know...
its called the song of storms
I've responded to this many a time already. I named the song after the track in the OST. The song on the ocarina is called the Song of Storms, but the song playing in the windmill is called the Windmill Hut.
Awesome!
Sounds really good, I also love the effect of the sound that seems like it is changing direction when you have headphones on
WTF ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
