The song isn't really about anything, it was originally called 'About to kick your ass' but it doesn't sound very violent, I like to think it's about doing something different, stepping out of the ordinary.

As far as the genre goes it's punk rock I guess, but it's got some heavyness and something you could call a solo so it's got some metal too. Metal-punk? Enjoy!
