Ok.
I definatley agree with the 1:55 synth, also, I think you're using to many diminished chords, I rarely hear a resolve-which will tie together most sections of the piece and make people want to listen more. Just a thought.

Could be in a movie
Seems like it could be in a movie after someone dies, inspires that sad thought mindset. Not so sure about the synth at around 1:55, it doesn't really seem to fit to me.
