A few of you may think this song sounds familiar. Well, it's because it was originally an unfinished battle theme to be used in a friend's video game that I had uploaded here on Newgrounds in the past. Here's the story. I've been racking my brain trying to write a good song to be used as the theme for my audioplay "Brothers & Comrades" but to no avail. I've tried almost literally every style of music but nothing works. So, in a stroke of insanity, I imported my old battle theme to Finale and, just for kicks, switched it from minor to major. And now a theme is born. I did a few minor tweaks but it's basically the same (save for the minor to major thing). I couldn't believe how much better this sounded in major than minor. It's short, I know. But, like the other songs I've written for this, it's not meant to be played on its own, it's meant as background music. So anyway, I plan to upload all the songs I write for "Brothers & Comrades" to Newgrounds in the future. Currently (as of March 9th 2009) every song I've written for the audioplay is uploaded here.
