Ughh...

This song just keeps me waiting for something interesting to happen. The sound is too low and since the song pretty much doesn't change in the style, (no bridges, no choruses, no definite start or ending) it gets boring after listening it for at the most 20 seconds.

Now, if your intention was originally to do this so that other people can put it in their suspense flash animations, what I would do is give them something that catches their attention, and not only by having a loop song, but also to have sudden changes in the music, or something that doesn't repeat throughout the song several times.

This is still not a piece of crap, but I am sure you can do something better that this, something not so boring at least.
