Neon [green] is a very "Techno" color. I like Techno. So, why not start making more?
This song seems to follow a simple format- it builds up like a Hurricane, gets to a calm eye of the Hurricane, builds up, and then goes away.
I'm quite pleased and hope you all like it!
Good start
I'm not really a techno expert but I think you have the basics down. I would look into using more pad-type synths in order to fill out the sound of the track. I think the sound would also be enhanced by having some more subtle percussion in addition to the drums you already have.
Overall though, I think you have the basic skills needed to create good tracks!

Getting Better
This isn't bad for using Garage Band, Neon, but if you want to enhance the quality of the song, try using FL Studio or any other program. People tend to love songs that aren't pre-made riffs a lot better, and I know that you have the spark to create original music. Keep up the good work, the more you do, the better the quality.
Actually, Celest, these aren't pre-made riffs. It's all custom. I'm just using Garageband's instruments.
