very moving

this song is great, it symbolizes for me the very smallest cavern down in my heart that still memorizes every exact second spent with magnificent friends who never made it past yesterday and will never see today. Just for them to be tossed away by the forces unknown, with u left in despair because u never got to say how u truly felt when they were here. A sad expression in my mind truely, but thank you my friend for granting me this moment of reflection on a greatly missed companion named Devin. His life was so complex and stressful that he got lymphoma at age 35 from pushin it 2 the limit. He got kemo therapy and survived his cancer only to fall victim to a horific motorcycle accident 6 months after finishing kemo.....the strings in this song feel like his stress while the wind feels like the harmony that carried him away into the next world, and the keys, well those are the simple ramblings of a man that feels he knows everything foretold before a world that is ready 2 devour his every existence...and did...this is a very moveing song for me because of this. This man was one of the mentors in my life, he taught me how 2 do the job that i'm working for a living now, and 2 do it with honor integrity and respect. I'm sorry if this was lengthy i just had to reflect. nice work.

The piano and the orchestra really brings to life the title. I can just imagine someone waking up, opening his window, and seeing the world from his high viewpoint. Instruments blend, chosen melodies fit right in place. Respect.
