It's an interesting bit you got there, i like the beat you used, but I find the twang from all the echo effects kind of overpowering...
It needs something over top, or a pad behind it, to detract a little from the vibrating...

Ya.. You need to put some kind of background PAD into that.

I suggest something from Sytrus or Morphine. Some light pad that fits into the background of the song.
