Less talk, more music.
Here's the story: It had been a really rough night (just heard that this one girl really didn't like me, although I really really *REALLY* did). It kept me up and without sleep, I managed to walk over to my mixer. I think I had never been more sleep deprived in my life. I look at the series of LEDs and faders, and take interest in the CUE buttons. Interestingly enough, there was this string part that had been lodged in my mind, playing over and over again. I just wanted to back it up with a sufficient beat, so that it would have rhythm (something to cheer me up, why not?). So I start laying out all the parts of the song, detune it so it matches the string's pitch, and put it up in a downloadable format for you to hear it at home. Isn't that just great? Now I know that it still needs to be compressed in some areas, but the main thing is that it's finally on this site, so you, oh great Computer Guy, could listen and comment on it. Please be kind, this one has had some real story behind it. I know in some spots, it needs to sound better, but it's all that I could work with right now (not to turn you away from the song, it's still a great tune, I think). If you're curious about the title, it was "The Computer Guy" because the computer felt like my only companion that late.
