Tried to make it as hardcore as possible without overdoing it. Not Final.

EDIT:
The final version is complete!

Quite good

This really isn't my style, but I appreciate that you've done it well.

There's a nice beat, and the instruments, if you call them that, fit together really well.

The only thing I'll say is that at the start all the instruments come in one by one. You should try to be more original with your start.

The end was a bit of a letdown too. Fading out is done too often, and it sounds boring.

Well if you don't like music that adds one layer at a time, then do NOT listen to Zdarlight by Digitalism (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ePfI kGqHCQ). It actually an awesome song, but that songs adds one layer at a time.

(title in work)

You used a lot of more uplifting tones in this one than I would think a hardcore track would use. For much of this song, the only thing I feel that would make this hardcore is the prevalent bass throughout the song. Regardless of what genre it belongs in though, I think this was a good track. Perhaps a bit repetitive and generic at times, but still good.

Thank you for the review. I was actually looking for a generic song with a banging beat. One that you would find in the public domain, or as background music for a club scene in a tv show or movie.

Thank you,

Double beat really has issues

I think that second powerful bass beat in the background that's not keeping time with the rest of this track is what's dragging it down. Sure, the main beat and the melody are great, but this 'low thumping' in the background, which sounds like someone hammering on the recording studio wall isn't doing anyone any favours.

The melody is something nice that keeps the track going, punctuating some of the industrial sounding beat nicely. I like the way that it all fits together and the piece starts to sound like it could become something better.

This is the first time I heard about the second base. Thank you for the review.

Hard

The beat is pretty hardcore, so I guess you achieved you goal there. :)

At first I feared that this would be too repititve, but you threw in some nice melodies during the middle of the song.

Still it sounds a bit too generic for me.

Nice beat!

I found myself listening to this about 10 times through. No lie in that at all. I found that it was really fun to listen to and that I was bobbing my head along with the music.

Really fun dance music, but I wouldn't exactly call it hardcore. :P When I think of hardcore I think of heavy metal music or something like that. Still I'm not that into this genre so I don't know if what you did is considered hardcore for this type of music or not.

Anyway, great demo. Can't wait to hear the final version. keep up the good work.
