Edit: Also i added the shaker cause people said it would be good. Along with that i added a low pitched double beat type thing during the quiet part for extra percussive effect.

Although I agree with durn about maybe adding one other instrument to give it an extra "tip-toe" effect or someting, you've definitely got the game feeling down-pat. I see the torchlit dungeon or castle hallway with maybe a bat hanging in the corner or a vampire sneaking-up behind you.

Would be more interesting if you added some other percussive effects, a light shaker or something.
I like the melody though it sounds a bit weak when you go off at 40, maybe layer a third synth as well?
Regardless, I like it. :) Catchy and compelling, I imagine a side-scrolling 8-bit hallway with torches and bats and such.
