I was playing around with some presets and came up with an tune that sounded pretty prehistoric-ish. Nothing special really, but who knows... someone might find it useful.

This song sounds oddly familiar, but I wasn't influenced by no music lately so I really don't know. If I did "copy" (so to speak) a video game song, it was purely unintentional.

Hope this loop will be useful to someone.

Note: This is my first time using Fruity Limiter so if it sounds too loud please let me know ^__^.

XD :o :p

For some reason this reminds me of cartoons I used to watch as a little kid. It really does sound prehistoric, almost dinosaur like. I really like the sounds that you used, but this song could still use a bit of work... The only thing that really bothered me is the pad that you started the song out with at the beginning. I feel like it gets a bit repetitive throughout the song. I think if you added like 4 varieties of that pattern, it would sound so much better. But other than that, I like this song, it's very interesting, not something you hear everyday haha.

SFaPiL2 responds:

Yup, it's very repetitive and I'm not happy of how it turned out now. I'm rather impulsive when submitting stuff to NG. Sometimes I don't think twice and just press the "submit" button.

I think there are just 4-5 layers in it. Too little.

The truth is that after I made the main tune (the pad in the beginning) I really liked how it sounded and decided to build over it with some presets I had in mind and that's about it.

Thanks for the score, but I don't think I deserve it. I would've given it a 7/10 and 2.5/5=>3/5. I don't mind if you give me low scores really.

Anyway, thanks for your time. Much appreciated ^__^

its gewd

Very gewd!

you should turn down the "ceil"(ceiling) of the limiter to restrict the sound as it is too loud... to compensate for the reduce in ceil you could increase the "Gain" to make sure it keeps its feel.

SFaPiL2 responds:

Yeah, I did that and thought that if I would've reduced the ceiling too much it would've distorded the overall sound.

I'll keep on experimenting ^__^. Thanks
