Always hard to get to grips with new software.

Not bad for a first try ;) Good things come to those who wait, and in this case practise (although i've been practising for years and don't seem to be getting anywhere).

Keep playing around, asking question and being enthusiastic and you'll soon be writing more then just things 'made just ploping down'.

You know, the secret is to really keep trying. If you are looking at a very musical approach to all of this, I suggest learning a lot about theory, trust me it works wonders. Keep it up, Tom. Good luck to you.

Not great...

Hey, it's nice to see that your trying something new and your showing an interest in music creation. To be fair, this track is what it is... it SOUNDS like something you just sort of threw together - don't expect high marks or praise on this one...

Keep it up though - experiment - play - find your own personal sweet spot (no sicko not THAT spot!) and go with it - with more practice you'll do fine.

If you havent already done it - I would suggest reading up a little on basic music theory, the mathematic elements and basically what people before you have already done.

Don't get discouraged - never stop creating.
