Like I got high. But without drugs... Also Roxio has a program, sound editor, that you can fiddle with to achieve the scratchy old time effect.

I'll have to check that out. But this is pretty authentic, rather then using digital techniques to replicate that sound. It's about as authentic as I can get :D

I love this track, it feels so vintage, and fun. It makes me all inspired to go out and do something just like it.
Perhaps I'll head to the thrift store and try to find an old tape recorder.
