I always loved this song, since I first played-or rather watched my friend play- Final Fantasy 7 on the Playstation. I thought I'd tinker with it a bit. If you're wondering why the beginning sounds low or muffled, listen through it and you'll know why ^^ I was going for that effect

I like it but there never seems to be a beat or percussions anywhere at all??

That's because even in the original, there was no percussion for it
I messed around with some percussion stuff and it just didn't mix very well XP
