Mixed Feelings...

Hey,

I don't know...I don't really dig this all that much. It feels very empty and repetitive. The piano by itself is very choppy musically speaking. I felt like there was way to much silence in this and not nearly enough variation. However!!! It is perfect music for like a mian menu theme of a serious RPG. Or credit music. I am sorry I don't want to be a jerk here, just letting you know my thoughts on it...

Sentimental to no end

This song speaks reflection, remorse, sadness, and reminiscence. This song is sad, beautiful, and so much more. It tells me a story. A story that says that no matter how hard we try, we can't resist but looking back, and thinking if it was really worth it. All of the pain and sadness the venture brought; did it make a difference? Or was it empty misery? And sometimes, crying is all we can do. It's a release, like a sigh. It helps us relinquish the sadness within, and let all of our bad memories fall with the rain. Death can be overcome, but only if we see that there are good times to be found ahead. After all, can we know happiness without sadness?

just watched a movie that went with this song (hot chick turns evil then dies, guy who loves her kills himself, brother of the sister kills the "monster" who turned the girl evil, while brother killed himself)
