However as a DnB promoter , the scene is just no way near where this peace of work is at the minute, alot of dnb is now liquid or jump up.

Finally, something originial for this genre

The problem with most D&B is that the stuff that they do is so generic and overused that I feel most songs are as cliche to the genre as a mexican standoff is to a "wild west" B-movie. This alone makes me commend you for being the few who actually create something "new" for D&B.

Anyways...as the song began the tune was catchy and my foot was tapping immediatly. Further in as I hit 1:07-2:37, I noticed that the percusion beat that you were using could have been one of the most generic beats to have ever existed. But because of the slight change you made, it never bothered me throughout the whole entire time. Loved it when you would switch in the main melody with the background; I'm a person who likes paying attention to all the details and that little switch gave me the opportunity to listen to that background which would be left almost unheard from the main melody.

Here comes the criticism... During 2:43-3:40 I would have like to hear a louder version of the bells in the background rather than the piano because I felt that the piano was just too sharp for the softness of the part. And just like how other people have said before me, this song has a too repetitive main melody. It spans for a collective half of the song's 5 minute length which is only split between two different sections. Too long and too much. You have to find that magic balance between consistency and variety.

Hope this review can help you in your future works. Honestly I am impressed in how you bring some change to a rigid structure of music that is Drum and Bass, really considering keeping a close watch for your future works.

Just cuz this isn't anything like his other music doesn't mean it isn't great. Matter of fact, I think this song is friggin awesome. And if he was wasted at the time, then I give him double points for the mastery of the catchy tunes.
