Great song, but I must say it does sound alot like The Duke Nukem theme.

Inividual bosses in Blackbird Rising have their own themes, with a couple of common threads running between them. This theme was for the games third boss - an arachnid walking tank - vulnerable only to electrical damage (players would not have access to heavy weapons at this point in the game). In practice, this turned the fight into a game of cat and mouse, as only one member of the players party could actually damage it. The essence of the fight was moving from cover to cover to flank the opponent, and keeping everyone alive doing it.
Originally sequenced in Oct. 2008. Tweaked and re-rendered Ot. 2009 (new capture technique that prevented timing errors and volume loss)

It probably would do - Dn3D used midi as well, so the guitar samples will 'natch be the same. The chords aren't atypical for metal/industrial either. Interestingly, I got told by someone else it sounded like Chrono Trigger, so I guess that means I'm being too generic. :(
