This is a revamped version of my contest entry into Basshunter's 2008 Russia Privjet remix contest. I attempted to keep the dance feel of the original, but making it lighter by incorporating orchestral and piano influences. It was a hit among fans and contestants, and I got a lot of messages about it during the contest (before this revamped version). So I figured I'd pass it on to fellow Newgrounds users.

i truly see what you have accomplished in this remix, and it is remarkable. i am sadly only giving you a 9/10 due to the fact that i prefer the original Russia Privjet better, espesially because it is one of my favorite basshunter songs and was the song that introduced me to basshunter. i am very glad that you made this remix, but in my heart it can never truly replace the original.

In all seriousness, I'm glad you enjoyed it. Although, this remix wasn't very hard to make, nor did a lot go into it. I'm generally not very serious about remixes.

I listen to this remix more than the original one by Basshunter.

Thanks. I personally don't care for the original all too much, one of my least favorite Basshunter tracks, actually. If it wasn't for the contest I wouldn't have probably of touched it. My favorite Basshunter songs are All I Ever Wanted and Far From Home. I've been a fan since right before LOL came out though.
