One thing I did want you to keep in mind for your future themes: Don't make the Transistion from the "Real Zelda Opening" to the Orchestrated version so, suddenly. Give like a second calm fade or quiet, then burst into the Music you did! :P
I think it would make them more "epic" and also, less conflicting in sounds. (16-bit Does NOT compare to a Percussion section)

I really like it, the transitions into each song seem to be a liiiiiittle off but its barely noticeable, great idea.
