Well, you asked for advice so that's what you get
You have FL4, eh? Ok, here's what I saw with your piece. First of all, it's a great start. Your sound needs a little work, and here's how I'd do it. Try adding reverb in on the first two synths (the ones that are constantly arping in the beginning- and don't put too much decay in on that reverb!). That should broaden out their sound, then add a chorus on one of 'em (perhaps the bass synth?). Keep the main beat in your drumline the same, but what was up with those claps? Try your basic trance beat- a 4/4 kick-clap combo (you know, beat 1-kick, beat 2-kick+clap, etc). Also, try shifting from element to element in your song a little faster, as it seems to develop slower than it should at that tempo. Finally, you add another synth after the intro that's arping on some kind of chord... It just doesn't work too well with the melody made by the first two arps. Maybe you put it in there to make some sort of musical conflict in your piece- in which case, good for you! Keep it that way! But if you didn't do it for that reason, you may want to change it.
Overall, I see great potential for this piece. It's a great start. Try the production advice I gave ya if you like, and see if you can't take it a little further, throw in some melody/key changes or something. Good luck!
