Another song that gave off a similar feeling to one of my characters or creations

Notec, who the song is named after, is Mirans older brother. The family is Russian and that's all I can say. But this song does seem to describe his personality. This is a popular song with my father and uncle (but not as much as SideWinder) and I enjoy most of the ruts.

BTW: Some ruts from other songs were used as well.
