Yodamanjaro & japetheape DEMO
This is our demo for the Collab EP, I have to say it is great collabing with him, his ability to mix properly as he worked made this a breeze. Hopefully we get into the EP, and feel free to review to tell us how to improve. Personally this is my favorite song I've worked on so far. Enjoy!

This is a nice entry for the collab EP. It has some great melodies, a really progressive sounding trance track. My one complaint would be the clap; it sounds a little too awkward mixed with the other percussion. It sounds almost like you used the Pogo effect from the FL Sampler, but maybe not.
The song is still good, but the clap ruins it for me.

Yea I noticed the clap earlier and completely forgot to fix it. In the full version that will definitely be mixed in better. Thanks for pointing that out, very helpful :D.

love the transitions and great phrasing.... keep me posted when u finish man.... and im surprised that the lead synth is ticking me off... its not annoying at all.. its seemless... great job!
Thanks for the compliments man, I'm glad you enjoyed it. Don't know about the lead synth though it should sound smooth, it's quite well mixed I believe. Once again thanks and check out Yodamanjaro too he is good too.
