Here we go with my thoughts on this. I like the beat for sure (then again you were always pretty good with those beats weren't ya? ^_~). Its the Main synth thats kinda bothering me. It starts out as a good melody and then kinda becomes strange. The background i'm hearing is PERFECT so the synth playing kinda makes that hard to listen to. Other then that the songs fun to hear. I can hear much progress going into this and its yet another pretty decent song i'd love to hear you finish!

I'm not sure what you meant in the desc... You don't want to change the drums?
Because at :25 that snare hit sounds kinda odd it should be completely taken out, and the drums could be better samples or completely redone (It doesn't need to be but I think that would improve it. The snare hit @ :25 and other places ruins it though)

As for the lead, it sounds like a trance or dance song. And it's a tiny bit loud. You should either make it quieter and add in another synth with it OR just use a different one. You probably already know how to do this but try doing this with the lead:

It may sound stronger if you use more chords.

Also try fading the lead from the right ear to the left ear and see if it sounds better. It may not.

The ambience/pads/choir kick ass and are the sauce to this spaghetti song. Nice job.
