This came out of a lot of screwing around with sound and rhythm, and it's my first real song.

Gory technical details: the drum beat was made with a software drum machine (Hydrogen on linux). The droning guitar noises are an octave higher than they were played, and the bit during the bridge is backwards. The ending crescendo is just a backwards chord. Everything was put together with Audacity, also on linux.
