Strange little tune I had to make to showcase the course i'm taking to kids who are taking it next semester. Its not usually my style to use midi instruments in a song cause i'd rather use real ones but i think it turned out pretty cool. And yes i'm aware of the mistakes i made in the song with the smoothness of it.

this is completely off time, and this isnt trance, this is not good,
your idea is goodd, but not executed well at all. please understand my honest opinion

Thanks for the opinion. I know all of the flaws in this song though, I merely put it up just because I could. Its a very poorly done piece of music that i threw together in a matter of 2 or 3 hours. I don't ever use midi or keyboards unless its part of my class. I'm much more interested in accoustic recordings and physically playing music in a live environment. Thanks for the input :)

A little off timed, but ideas are good.

Your ideas are good, but the timing of the percussion is pretty bad in the kicks. It really gets bad when the bass comes in and totally clashes with it. Also, you need a good punch in the volume, which could be achieved via compression.

So mainly just fix the percussion and it will be better, a lot better. Then slap a compressor on it to bring it forward.
