I'm working on a few sounds to get an EP together for some time in the near future. This may or may not be one of the those noises.

I do like to think of my music as soundtracks to films that don't exist, but then again that is rather wanky of me...
And I love how you interpreted this as happiness, i feel it sounds kinda sad, or nostalgic. But music is all about interpretation and nobody is wrong!
