When diagnosed with schizophrenia, for many it's like a light being suddenly dimmed, and for some a sharp drop from the 'real world' (that is, society). Maybe this isn't so true any more but I still think the illness should have another name. Split personality is now bi-polar. If you use this song please be a little sensitive.
