A lot of work needs to be done on this one.

It's clear that you are an amateur musician. The song isn't necessarily bad, though it reminds me of the style of Anal Cunt. Short songs with weird, crazy lyrics, with a hardcore style. However, their songs are properly mixed and have the proper volume all over.

This song is very quiet throughout the entire song, except for the scream at the end, which was WAY too loud after I had turned my speakers up to hear you initially.

It's pretty clear you're going for a hardcore style here, not so much heavy metal. If that's what you want, you need more sound, and some more brutal guitars and drums, as well as the bass. The vocals also need a lot of fine tuning. Moar growl!

Same thing I said on the review for "Shit Injection" holds true here as well. The instruments and this time even the voice are much too quiet.
If you want to be "hardcore" you could at least do some "hardcore" recording so we can at least hear something.

The only thing that was loud enough was the scream at the end, so maybe you should turn up the recording volume for the rest of the track as well.

I can see that you're attempting to be the metal Stamper. The song seemed comical due to how hardcore it tries to be. Like in your other song, the guitars weren't quite loud enough and the vocals were cheesy and a bit amateurish. Not enough growl for this type of song.
The loud sound effect is what completely killed my will to listen to this. It would have at least been O.K. until that ear-rape. I took off 2 stars for that alone.
