Yes I realize this probably needs improvement, and I'll get around to that, but for now I feel that this is appropriate. Please feel welcome to critique though.

good start
i can see that you have a pretty decent idea, but you never really go anywhere with it. at the beginning it works, but after about 20 or 25 seconds, it starts wearing thin. perhaps a louder, heavier drum beat after then. i concur with another in saying that the eventual introduction of a more stern sound, perhaps trumpet-like, to come in with a very simple melody, with a heavier, deeper bass then. just my thoughts, you can really do something with this here, just keep at it.
It lacks structure
The main thing with this is that it lacks structure and sounds like random notes. You've got the sounds and skills needed to make it much better. Try having the bass play the roots of a chord progression and add a pad or something playing the full chords, then write a melody based off of the chords. It can be as simple as going up and down the scale.
Ah yes I understand, but basically the structure of the song is scaling the melody up and down. In another song I will take everything you've said into account though.

Good, but we both know it needs some work
The song's beat is okay, nothing wrong with the tempo or rhythm, but the tone used is really repetitive. Consider adding a different-sounding tone above it, like maybe a trumpet-ish sound? Just a thought. Also, add more space between some notes, it kinda slurs too much. I think the bass could be about 5 times as intense too. Keep workin on it!
