Not bad...

It's very quite, which is an interesting take on "Lux Aternea", that said downplaying the musical notes seems to defeat the intention of the original song.

Which was meant to build up to an "explosive" finale, in order to convey the concept of a drug high, and insatiable addiction.

While the music you created works well enough, it doesn't add or offer anything new, it feels like a lesser version of the original to be frank.

If you had done a cover of the song using a different instrument, I would have given you extra points for trying something different...

Thanks,

Wow

I must admit I'm a bit impressed. The way you blended all of this together is amazing. What a nice full complete sound! Fantastic arrangement. I like the instruments you picked, they sound great together. Nothing really else to say, because you didn't create the original song, but as a remix, it's great. Keep up the good work.

Thank you =)

One tip is all....

I love the arrangement, and the samples of choice. One tip though, when you are doing orchestrations, try using some reverb. Now, when using reverb it can be a bit tricky, because you don't want a whole lot of reverb on everything as a whole, but rather a little bit for everything individually. The best way I can explain it, is basically try to emulate the real thing. Also don't be afraid of panning instruments. For example: Vioins panned far right, Viola's panned a half circle right, Cellos panned a quarter circle right etc etc.

The best way to learn how to mix orchestrations is to just listen to orchestra recordings.

Keep up the good work
