Legit. I don't know what else to say. The transitions between all of the songs was done so well.
The only thing I would maybe say to perhaps rethink the transition on is from the Dark Bowser theme to Fever.

*faints* Woah.. This is AMAZING. You win the grand prize. ;) The only problem is the "Fever" part that jumps out right in the middle. Also, the Dark Bowser thing really gives it a spooky feel. The ending is really cool too. It's really.. Halloweeny like you said it was supposed to be. ;)
