I actually worked on this song. MIND. BLOWN.

I mean, most of the time I would write a song in a few hour creative burst and not return to it and then submit it. That's been the case for most of my songs for the past year or so. (That might explain why they all suck...) But I defied tradition on this one by working on it over a period of a few days. It was surprisingly successful. I think. So I'm going to keep doing it. I think.

Also this is historically significant as it is the first time I wrote my own drum loop thing. I think it actually ended up helping out a lot. Kinda drives the song through the second half in a way that the initial drum loop was unable to do.

I'm annoyed because I can't seem to balance levels - on the base particularly. Can someone teach me how to make base more prominent?
