So after about 6 hours of composing and another hour to mix everything to my liking I present to you "Where is This Place".
My idea for this song was you've just gotten amnesia and have no idea where you are. You walk around looking at things that you know you should recognize but you don't. Lost and confused you continue your journey of discovery.
All sounds are from Edirol Orchestra (except the cymbals which i recorded myself from my Sabian cymbals)

Oh this is a nice---OHMYGOD IS THAT A SAXOPHONE!?
The main melody is quite nice, it definitely sounds uneasy and uncertain, living up to the title quite nicely. There's also a nice bit of dissonance, which adds to the feeling of things not being quite right.
It's like... a game or something, where the world is normal, but feels out-of-place. Or, actually, I envision this being used in the Reincarny games.
And there's a saxophone. Cool. :D

You've definitely channelled Tim Burton for sure.
Overall, this song is excellent, the melodies are interesting and unique, while your side melodies fit right in.
The only bad thing I could say about this entire song is the brass hits at the beginning, which kinda seem out of place imo, even when the main section comes in afterwards.
Other than that, a solid piece. 9/10 5/5.
