An update to my remix of Ice Cap from Sonic the Hedgehog 3. I'm doubting myself as to how much of an improvement this is, but to heck with it - I've uploaded it anyway. I changed the tempo *very* slightly, attempted to layer some of the instruments, and added in a new melody, which is *hopefully* all for the better. Enjoy, if you will.
