I wouldn't quite call it failstep. . .

The wobble was nice but it's progression could've been steadier. Rather than just jumping around notes actually have a kinda set beat, which you started out with and then it got a little crazy, which isn't always bad but some of the notes clashed with the earlier melody.

The ending was very abrupt which in this case is a bad thing. . .
Sometimes it works but not with this song.

Not a fail not a win, a good start.

Keep at it, most aren't prodigies and have to work at it.

That pitchbend on the secondary layering synth is offputting to me.
Very minimalist with not a lot of anything to grab the attention. The wobbles aren't bad but it's too short to develop anything outside of the wobbles. What makes dubstep good is the way wobble is balanced with interesting melodic or rhythmic sections in a give and take manner. Right now, all you have is wobble and a little percussion.
This is a good first attempt or first draft. Use this as a springboard to add more original melodic sections to be broken up by the wobbles.

Great stuff, dubstep is really hard to do, well, at least for me, I tried to make a dubstep song at college and it ended up fucking up really bad, good work.

I would work on the percussion, like giving it a bit more variety. the kick is nice and the fade in is SICK!
The wobbles are nice, just don't make them the whole song. Use other samples and what-not, the wobble should be more of a bassline.

In the begging, b4 it drops sounds like a nice rap beat. But then it turns =/. I mean it's not a bad thing, i personally like the rap-esque sound. See if you can keep that going, and tone down the wobbles a bit, so their not so upfront.
