Defiantly happy! Makes me think of Animal crossing music, but better. I like it! Would be great for any type of laid back game. Great work!
I'm guessing the guitar is midi based? (FL Studio, Reason etc.) If so it sound pretty good considering. Although I guess it's more of just a synth, whatever it may be, it fits rather well.

I made this in Magix Music Maker 16 actually, The sample I used is from a free vst called Crystal.
