This track will be the middle song for the Electroslap album. Seeing as it starts with Mojave (Intro) and ends with Willamette (Outro) I figured it would only be fitting to include the asphalt corridor that takes you from one to the other in the track listing. Thusly, I-5.

When I drive, it gives me the ability to remove myself from the outside world (literally and figuratively I suppose). Just cruising down the freeway is very therapeutic for me mentally. I think about all the things I haven't had time to and sort it all out in my head. With this middle track, I wanted to recreate that feeling of traveling and of deep thought as well as transition listeners from the first act of the album to the second (where the style changes rather drastically).
