As I'm listening...

I like the kick. I can feel it.
intro was nice. i'm getting a good feel for the track
at about 1:50 things feel a little too mashed together. hard to discern a good melody
gets better at about 2:40....liking the instruments
I like the change just after 3:00
things feel too mashed together again at about 4:00. not as much as before, but could use more definition
ending was alright. didn't finish as strong as I had hoped, but still good

things not affecting the score:
I would use more bass personally, but that's just me
any specific reason you called it a waltz? clearly it's not...just wondering

Overall, nice track. I'll admit, I'm slightly skeptical about it's authenticity since you only have one other track posted and most people start off horrible here, but I'm not letting that change my judgement. I hope this review was helpful
