im usually against synthetic metal guitars, but this actually sounds pretty good. i gotta say its pretty insane. Has a really nice feel to it.
I made this for the Time Signature Contest. I'm not sure what the beat is but I think it's 3/3 at the beginning and then 5/4 in the middle, then a combination of both, then back to 3/3. Enjoy :S

:) Thanks. It is indeed insane. <(all the words in that sentence begin with "i") Anyways, yeah I had fun making this. Honestly, I only worked on it for about 20 or 30 minutes and then I uploaded it and submitted it for the contest.
I'm not sure what I just listened to
but it was amazing. Usually I find when song try to cram that many notes into a song it sounds like a jumbled mess but this worked perfectly, I was just trying to keep up! Digital tune + guitar is one of my favorite combinations, the drums were great too. Well done :)
The contest was the use of different time signatures. There's not a single traditional beat in this song. That's why it can seem chaotic. I was influenced by mathcore music like Protest The Hero and The Architects, and also a little bit of Dream Theater. I also love doing 1/16th note arpeggios and even 1/32th notes sometimes lol.
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
