Wow nice job
Even though you took breaks... it made it very clear what you were using. Thats a good thing and a bad thing. one becuase everything sounds like its broken up and 2 it clearly shows what tones are being played...
I love the 8-bit form. It allows you to creatively compose in midi on garage band without worrying about the tone or timbre of the piece. It strips something clean of all musical elements, except melody. I find the art of the melody quite interesting and though I'm not a frickin uber elitist musical theorist, dicking around with a synthesizer when I'm bored is something that gives me a strange solace. It's something I do when I have a breeze of insomnia keeping me stimulated while it gives my sanity a deadly blow. This thing? Think the final battle on Pokemon red. If you like this, I like you and you're probably very understanding :I
P.S - This is actually a boredom resultant song done in 15 minutes, so flaws may be evident...

Well I'm glad you can hear the different tones. Thanks for the review.
Don't Listen to the other guy
This is a great piece of music that really shines the creativity of 8bit songs by all the spontaneous sounds and all. The other reviewer obivously has some issues since it seems he can't even spell.
Hehe thanks a lot :p
sorry
sory it was guite dissterbing maybe add some gitar and drum to make it beter and ur own creation
The whole point of this was to make something that didn't depend on sound or tone e.g instruments. Obviously it doesn't actually sound great but ah well. It's just a demonstration of different melodies I could use in the future. I'm sorry you found it disturbing :/
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
