Starts off good, becomes boring

This loop starts off nice and interesting, but after about 10 seconds it loses a lot of appeal and becomes kind of annoying.

While the melody at the start is quite good the notes become more and more "random" later on, it seems. Well, not exactly "random" as the notes are all in key as far as I can tell, but there doesn't seem to be a melody either, that has potential to stick in one's head.

Well, at least it's in time...

Well, lets start with the obvious...

It's not great. It just isn't.
The melody doesn't work. It's all over the place, with no real pattern or anything. It's like you couldn't decide if you wanted it to sound dark and disturbing, or bright and joyful. If your intention was for it to sail through both, then the transition is simply poor.

The guitar sound is average, I guess. It's not terrible quality, but it's not exactly great either. The drums are appalling. Of all the combinations, why the snare and ride? I mean the kick would have been much better to use instead of the snare, but then maybe that's just personal preference.

I wish there was more I could say, but its so thin and minimal, that there's really not much to comment on, and what there is, happens to be of a low standard.

I'm sorry, but you've got to try harder next time.

Needs a lot of work

This is far too simple. I can see what you're going for, but it just doesn't work out.

The guitar samples aren't exactly the best. They're rather dull and cheesy. There's no real composition to this track, seems to me like it's a rather eerie guitar sample with some really simple and dull drums mixed in. Try to add some more ambient layers, maybe a rhythmic guitar as well.

This loop is interesting, and maybe with the right changes.... could work.

As it stands though; many things need work here.

The melody here is off bro... no matter how you slice it.
The drums are lame, the drum pattern is quiet, and there is no background support from any other instruments.

I recommend rethinking the melody, and re-writing it to sound a little more "Melodically-mad"?
