I agree with two other comments bass line would boost the beat a little. repetitive so you may want to change it up a bit though

Not bad.

The melody and such is nice. I'm with the other guy, some sort of bassline might lend itself fairly well to this, but aside from that you might want to try an actual bell or chime or something for certain parts of the lead synth there, as that would probably lend itself well to the "icy" feel you're assumedly going for. The drums seem a bit intrusive on the rest of the song, as well, but that could be the speakers I've got going for me right now, so don't muss with them on my account, but keep it in mind I guess.

I really like the drums and the liquidy feel! Only thing though, if it were me, i would add a light and i say LIGHT bass occasionaly to boost the beat. nice work
