I like the song as a whole and the synths didnt sound repetative to me at all. I rate it 4/5 and 8/10 because it was good but not quite there yet:) all in all a really good job:D

This song was originally called "Effect" because the project was used mainly for experimenting with effects. When the first "Effect" was created, it evolved into a song that was very similar to the song "Jump 'n' Twist" by the Freestylers (A great song). The song was okay, but I decided to remake it.
Hence, here you have the new song, "Laser Cannon". The main synth in the song, called "Laser Cannon" is an original sound I made from the first "Effect".
Please listen, rate, and/or review this song. It is very much appreciated, as I am new to making music. Your reviews, will help me by telling me what parts of the song need work. Thank you!

Not Bad!
The synthesizer sound get weary after a while but hey everyone has their own preferences. As for a whole, it sounds really nice! The other sound effects are really soft though. I guess since the focus behind this piece was the synthesizer, I guess an increase to the Bass and other sound effects would kinda be out of the question but it would be nice to experience all the elements that goes into this piece.

Thanks for the review. I'm using GarageBand for this song (not the best for techno/trance) so it's hard to make the bass just so. But I do agree with you. I love loud bass in songs. So yeah anyway thanks again for the review!

From 2:09 to 2:24 some of the piano beats sound a little weird but the rest sounds great! You have gotten the timing right for changing the tune up a bit before it gets too repetitive. For the complete pause at 4:00-ish, it sounded like the song actually ended not was just pausing. Like the slow down for the ending. Definitely downloading

Hey! Thanks for the review, I really appreciate it. For the piano parts, I wanted to mix up the chords so that it wouldn't sound robotic. I did my best to change up the tune as to not make it repetitive. And now that you mention it, I do agree that the pause does sound like the song ends. The reason I put it there was because I liked how the synths and bass rang out during the pause. Anyway thanks for the 9, 5, and the download.
