Made in FL Studio 9

I showed a friend FL Studio 9 and challenged him, as he is a drummer, to write a drumbeat as my beats tend to be, er, rather basic. The underlying beat in this song is what he wrote.

I've never felt quite good about this song. It seems like I was just playing with the same loops over and over again -- mostly because I was. Then there's that awkward transition at 1:30 that I could never figure out how to fix. Argh.

Oh, and on the title: this song reminds me of the stereotypical Asian music, what with the pentatonic scale and the quick triplets. Of course it's not actually, nor is it very close, but it's what I think of when I listen to it.
