This is a track that I composed with mainly Chinese instruments. I had a vision of someone discovering a long lost emperor's tomb, deep in the Qinling mountains.
Nice atmosphere...
It has some nice atmosphere but I think the instrument that comes in at 0:20 kinda ruins it. I get the feel you were going for but I think that instrument kinda throws the mood a bit since it goes against the bold strings and low drums.
I believe the instrument you're referring to is the Koto. After reading your review, and listening again, I get what you're saying. I might have to take a different approach on this track later on. I appreciate the feedback.
